Private Sewing Lessons
Let’s create a class just for you!
Individual and private lessons can be Tailored to suit your sewing goals, current skills and schedule. Sign up for a 4 week course (with one class per week) or pay as you go classes can be scheduled at any time. We also host workshops and special events
FREE 30 minute trail class available for first time students. You will get to see the sewing studio, meet your teacher, get your current skills assessed and discuss your goals so that your suture classes can suit your needs.
There are machines available to use at the I Told you Sew sewing studio or you are welcome to bring your own machine to learn on
Classes are available every day of the week and we are happy to work around your schedule
In Person classes are held at my home studio in Teaneck, NJ

Try before you buy. Come to the I Told You Sew Studio in Teaneck, NJ for a free 30 minute introductory class and sewing skill assessment. We will go over your goals so that we can both be prepared for your first lesson.
Pay as you go classes are $50 for 1 hour $80 for 2 hours. Schedule them individually as your schedule allows.
Sewing 101 Course: 4 week Package Deal to learn the basics of sewing
$250 for 4 hour and a half lessons
Intermediate Sewing 4 week package deal
For those with some sewing skills who want to take their craft to the next level. Prior sewing experience required either by taking my sewing 101 class or by taking a sewing test so I can know your skill level
$250 for 4 hour and a half lessons
Stretch Sewing 101 Learn to how to sew stretch fabrics. You will learn the basics so that you can sew activewear, swimwear, lingerie and more! Basic sewing knowledge is required
Students will learn on a standard sewing machine, an overlock machine and a cover stitch machine

Since demand has been so high and the space at the I Told You Sew Studios is limited we have teamed up with UNTAMED ARTS in Hackensack NJ. To offer more space to work and to accommodate more students we will now be hosting all group workshops and larger events at their fabulous art collective space.
